How to Install maas-common software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

maas-common software package provides MAAS server common files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install maas-common

maas-common is installed in your system.

Make ensure the maas-common package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep maas-common *

You will get with maas-common package name, version, architecture and description in a table
